Like a lot of kids, I grew up dreaming of being a YouTuber. I started out recreating Smosh skits, moved into gaming, and even took a shot at history videos (I've always been a bit of a nerd). But eventually, I realized I should be making content about the thing I love most: basketball.

I'm a STEM major and a history nerd at heart, and that's the lens I bring to the game. I'm a San Antonio native, and when I moved to Houston for college, the name was a nod to my migration from the 210 to the 281 area code. The show was built on the rivalry between me and my co-host Fernando: a Spurs fan vs. a Rockets fan.

  Life happens, and while Fernando had to step back from a full-time role for health and personal reasons, he's still a guest on the show from time to time. When I took the reigns solo, I rebranded the show to a pun on my name and nothing but net: Nathan But Net LLC.
