Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or after business hours will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), processing may take an extra 1–2 days; we will notify you of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship only within the United States using standard ground shipping.

Carriers include USPS, UPS, or FedEx—automatically selected based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.

We do not currently offer expedited or international shipping; standard U.S. shipping is the only option.

3. Delivery Timeframe

After dispatch, deliveries typically arrive within 5–10 business days (about 1–2 weeks).

Delivery times vary by destination (e.g., East Coast vs. West Coast).

We do not ship on weekends or holidays; those days are not counted toward delivery estimates.

Remote locations (including Alaska and Hawaii) may experience transit times on the longer end of the estimate.
4. Shipping Rates & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated per item and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

The total shipping fee reflects carrier rates based on each item’s weight, dimensions, and destination—no hidden fees.

If multiple items ship separately, you will see the combined shipping cost for all packages.
5. Shipping Locations (United States Only)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Orders to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses may have limited tracking updates depending on the carrier.

International addresses cannot be processed.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses entered by customers. Contact us immediately if you need to correct an address before shipment.
6. Order Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

Use the tracking number directly on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to monitor delivery status.

If your order is split into multiple packages, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
7. Delivery Delays & Issues

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, external factors (severe weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, high holiday volume) can cause delays.

If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days or you experience an unusually long delay, please contact us.

For lost or damaged packages, we will assist with carrier claims, send replacements, or issue refunds as appropriate.

Refund Policy
1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email us at ncmorrison0801@gmail.com (Subject: NBN Support) to explain your reason for return or exchange.

Wait for our approval. We will respond with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Pack the item securely using the original packaging, affix the return label, and ship.

Do not send items back before obtaining approval; unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
We cover the cost of return shipping for all approved returns and exchanges.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items that arrive defective, damaged, incorrect, or if you need a different size or variant.

Follow the same process as returns: email for approval, use the prepaid label, ship the original item back.

If the replacement item is less expensive, we will refund the difference.

If it is more expensive, we will invoice you for the additional amount before shipping the replacement.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Non-Returnable Items
