Refund Policy

1. Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at ncmorrison0801@gmail.com (Subject: NBN Support) to explain your reason for return or exchange.

  2. Wait for our approval. We will respond with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely using the original packaging, affix the return label, and ship.

  4. Do not send items back before obtaining approval; unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

We cover the cost of return shipping for all approved returns and exchanges.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items that arrive defective, damaged, incorrect, or if you need a different size or variant.

  • Follow the same process as returns: email for approval, use the prepaid label, ship the original item back.

  • If the replacement item is less expensive, we will refund the difference.

  • If it is more expensive, we will invoice you for the additional amount before shipping the replacement.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspect your order upon receipt.

  • Report any damage, defect, or incorrect item immediately to ncmorrison0801@gmail.com.

  • We will work with you to correct the issue by refund or exchange.

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care products once opened

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases)

7. Optional EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • Customers in the European Union may cancel or return orders for any reason within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must meet our standard condition requirements. After 14 days, returns follow the 30-day policy above.
